The next day at the time I stated bins were empty on the online form, the truck rolled up to clean the 3 bins that were at the curb. When I returned home, the bins were placed neatly back in my driveway and looked as well as bin uhmazing! Since only 3 bins were cleaned not the 4 I thought would be at the curb, I emailed and requested a refund of the difference of 3 vs 4 bins or a credit for a future service. 12hrs after I sent the email I received a response from Juan that I would be receiving the requested refund and to give it 5 or so days to be reflected in my account. Thank you so much! I will most definitely be a returning customer.
